Chilli Crunch in Olive Oil. Produced in Denmark.
This is our first labour of love, the start of a pantry built to make everyday food more delicious. We toast chillies from Spain and infuse them in olive oil, while singing songs of love, joy, despair and wonder.
The result: umami-rich, deeply savoury, with a little sweetness and an intense crunch. The word’s already out and creatures have come from far and wide in hope of a single spoonful. Keep it for yourself or share it with a friend. Just be sure to keep it close while you sleep.
